Reprogramming The Subconscious Mind Through Various Methods

When it comes to reprogramming the subconscious mind, certain methods are more popular than others are.

For example, positive affirmations are quite popular in terms of mind exercises, especially when compared to The Sedona Method.

Luckily, no matter what method you choose when it comes to reprogramming your subconscious mind, the basics stay the same.

In order to reprogram your subconscious mind, you are going to need to constantly expose yourself to new habits, thoughts, and even images.

How Your Subconscious Mind Learns

The reason you need the constant exposure is that the only way your subconscious mind learns is through repetition.

In fact, all of your current habits and even your beliefs were formed through repetition, which can date back to when your parents were first teaching you right from wrong.

Most people do not give a second thought to their current habits and beliefs because they are so deeply ingrained in the subconscious mind; these are just like second nature.

However, understanding how the old beliefs and habits were formed is vital to instilling any new beliefs and habits you wish to form.

Popular Methods for Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind

When it comes to reprogramming the subconscious mind there are three mind exercises that are used the most.

The first mind exercise is called visualization.

How this method works to reprogram your subconscious mind is you simply visualize what you want or how you want to be over and over again.

Positive affirmation is the second exercise that people can use to successfully reprogram their subconscious mind.

This exercise involves repeating statements to yourself to instill any new beliefs you have.

Meditation is the last popular exercise that people use in reprogramming their subconscious mind, but it also has many other benefits.

Meditation should be done before any subconscious reprogramming because it quiets the mind, which makes it easier to reprogram.

Other Methods Used to Reprogram the Subconscious Mind

Other methods can be successfully used to reprogram the subconscious mind, which includes brain entrainment, hypnosis, Sedona Method, subliminal videos or software, and special audios.

Brain entrainment is very similar to meditation; it involves a person listening to sound recordings that are very relaxing, also known as binaural beats.

Listening to these sounds relaxes the mind enough to make the reprogramming possible.

Hypnosis mind control, which can be done by a professional or through programs at home, works on the subconscious mind directly making it one of the most successful methods.

The Sedona Method is the only method that must be used in conjunction with other methods.

How it works is you use the Sedona Method to let go of all of your old beliefs, while using something like hypnosis or subliminal videos to instill your new beliefs and habits.

Subliminal videos or software work to reprogram the subconscious mind because like hypnosis, they communicate directly with your subconscious mind.

With videos images will flash across the screen so quickly that your conscious mind will never notice them and with software the images flash across the computer screen while you are busy working.

Special audios are soundtracks that come equipped with a message that is aimed directly at the subconscious mind, once again being successful because it bypasses the conscious mind all together.

How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

No matter what method you choose to use, there are certain steps you need to follow when learning how to reprogram the power of your mind.

The first thing you need to do when retraining your subconscious mind is finding the time to do it each day.

To be successful you will want to set aside at least 30 minutes a day for the reprogramming, but the more time you dedicate to reprogramming your subconscious mind the faster, you will be able to see the results.

An example of a great way to reprogram your mind is to start with some type of meditation to relax your mind.

After the meditation, you can use any one of the methods suggested above to begin retraining your subconscious mind, but you will want to spend at least 10 minutes using the method you have selected.

For example, if you choose visualization, you will want to spend at least 10 minutes visualizing what you want. To ensure success you will want follow your routine for at least 30 days in a row.

If you miss a day do not just give up, but you will need to start the 30-day count all over again.
