How long you use a specific statement is going to depend on how long it takes to reprogram your subconscious mind.
If you are trying to complete a goal, you simply use the statement until you have succeeded in achieving the goal. If you are trying to change how you think about yourself, you can use them until you believe the new statement.
However, it is best to continue using these positive affirmations for an extended period of time so that you continue to think about yourself in a positive way.
